The basic idea of the Pomodoro Technique is to work for a set amount of time, usually 25 minutes, without any distractions or interruptions. This is known as a “Pomodoro.” After each Pomodoro, you take a short break, usually 5 minutes, before starting the next one. This cycle is repeated until a task is completed or until a predetermined number of Pomodoros have been completed.
