Why Developers Are The Best Thinkers In The World Right Now
Developers are responsible for creating the technology that powers our daily lives and are constantly pushing the boundaries of what is possible.
The paradigm shifts and major innovations of the last twenty to thirty years are the work of developers: laptops, smartphones, the web, social networks… Developers have reinvented, and continue to reinvent, our lives in profound ways. Embracing a developer’s mindset can bring about significant enhancements to not only an individual’s life but also to society as a whole.
In this article, I will explain why I believe developers are the best thinkers in the world right now.
Problem solving
First and foremost, developers are problem solvers. They are constantly presented with complex problems and are able to come up with creative and efficient solutions. They are able to take a problem and break it down into smaller parts, analyze each part, and then put it all back together in a way that works. This requires a great deal of critical thinking and the ability to think outside of the box.
